Sam Roberts at The Flower Shop refund/returns policy
Local delivered flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our goods (flower orders) any complaints or refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please call 01923 220676 or email sam@watfordflowers.co.uk with any problems you may have experienced. The Flower Shop will issue a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned goods.
National or International orders sent by The Flower Shop via a relay system will be subject to a relay systems own complaints procedure.
Where Products are being returned to us we advise you to return Products by a secure postal method to the address given to you by our customer services representative and obtain a receipt as proof of returning it to us. If you have difficulties returning the Products, for example, by reason of their size, please contact us the shop to arrange a suitable solution.
